We designed a complete transformation for this high rise condominium that overlooks Lincoln Park Zoo. The floor plan layout was modified to eliminate unusable space, maximize built-in storage, create a visual element at the entry to welcome guests, open kitchen concept with a large kitchen island, an addition of a built-in dry bar, a built-in electric fireplace, larger guest bath with walk-in shower, and Murphy bed for the guest bedroom.
The condo lacked overhead lighting; we designed the addition of functional, aesthetic and accent lighting throughout the spaces that had a contemporary feel and created ambiance. The selected surface finishes were a balance of elegant, high-gloss finishes, matte finishes and textures, creating a luxury palette. The high-gloss tiles allowed the light to play around the room creating the perfect amount of sparkle.
